Anonymous FTP

Can I enable anonymous FTP on my account and how much does this cost?
Anonymous FTP is allowed on any account with a dedicated IP address. A dedicated IP costs $4.95 per month paid in a lump sum for the contract term.

You would either select this during signup by clicking the "Yes, I want add ons" button or after account activation by emailing support@lunarpages.com to make this request.

An email to support to add a dedicated IP would require the following details:

last 4 digits of credit card number on file with us
Cpanel username
authorization to charge the card for the IP purchase
acknowledgement that the IP will cost $4.95 per month paid in a lump sum for the contract term.
