How do I create and restore a backup of my domain? To create a backup of your domain, login into your account, and click the "Backup and Restore Account" link located on the left hand side of your screen. Next click the "Create backup" link, which will create a backup of your domain. To restore your domain using a backup you can have two options. If you have already created a backup of your domain using the previous steps, you will see a it when clicking the "Backup and Restore Account" in the center of your screen. Next to the link there will be two options "delete" and "restore." Click the "restore" link, and then confirm that you want to proceed by clicking the "Yes" link. You can also upload a backup from your local computer by clicking the Browse link, which will open up an explorer window. Next locate your backup and click OK, and then the Upload link. Once the backup has been uploaded, follow the previous described steps. |
